This policy applies to all paid subscription plans on Hanlaze.com — Starter, Author, and Pro. Chi reward credits, one-time add-ons, and future marketplace purchases are governed separately.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription only — not renewals.
Annual Plans
Annual plan subscribers may request a prorated refund for unused months if they cancel within 30 days of their billing date. After 30 days, no refund is issued but access continues until the end of the billing period.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day new subscriber window. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Downgrades
Downgrading from a higher to a lower plan mid-cycle does not trigger a partial refund. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
